ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 20.03.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for covering the temple car with sheets in order to prevent prevent any theft of deities.

2. Heard Mr.R.Kamaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the matter, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 20.03.2025, take a decision and convey the same to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. 09-07-2025
