No. 3314 of 1995 and Sale Deed dated19.11.2004 registered as Doc No. 3731 of 2004 both executed in the office of Sub- Registrar, Thirukazhakundram. ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent to dispose of the complaint dated 12.02.2022 given by the petitioner company pertaining to the cancellation of fraudulent documents namely Sale deed Dated 12.12.1995 registered as Doc. No. 3314 of 1995 and Sale Deed dated19.11.2004 registered as Doc No. 3731 of 2004 both executed in the office of Sub- Registrar, Thirukazhakundram. 2/6
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse orders are pass against the private respondents and hence, their presence is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner company is the absolute owner of the property in S.No.209/3B1 and 209/3B2 in Pooncheri Village, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Chengalpattu District ad-measuring an extent of 50 cents. After purchasing the property, the petitioner came to know that the third respondent and the 7th respondent fraudulently created two sale deeds on various dates in Document Nos.3314 of 1995 and 3731 of 2004. In this regard, the petitioner made a representation dated 12.02.2022 to the second respondent to cancel the said fraudulent sale deed Nos.3314 of 1995 and 3731 of 2004. But the second respondent has not taken any steps. Hence, the petitioner filed a present petition before this Court seeking an appropriate remedy.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this court may direct the second respondent to consider the petitioners' representation and pass orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2022 and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity to the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
