ORDER

Seeking to issue a mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to assess the petitioner's Bill of Entry No.12412, dated 05.06.2002 pertaining to import of Portable Emergency Lamps with usual duties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and taxes and to clear the goods, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.

2. When the matter has been listed on 19.08.2015 for final hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. However, with a view to afford an opportunity to the petitioner, the writ petition was ordered to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
