This petition has been filed to bring on record the 2nd petitioner herein as legal representative of the deceased 2nd appellant in the Second Appeal and rank him as 3rd appellant in S.A. No.301 of 2023. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition it is stated that the 1st petitioner herein is also one of the legal heir of the deceased 2nd appellant and he is already on record as 1st appellant in the second appeal. A memo dated 19.11.2025 is filed in this regard. The said memo is recorded.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any objection in allowing the petition and this Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
