This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.OP.No.9780 of dated 05.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed, but not taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitionesr in Crl.OP.No.9780 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on summons.
