The present Application is filed seeking for an extension of the mandate which came to an end on 24.02.2024, in view of the time limit fixed by this cour in A.No.3303 of 2023 in O.P.No.181 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant had produced an e-mail that had been received by him from the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 3, wherein the learned counsel had indicated that there is no objection for the mandate to be extended.

3. Similarly, the learned counsel for the respondents 4, 5 & 7 also does not have any objection for extending the mandate.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that as regards to the 6th respondent, he has not even chosen to appear before this Arbitrator and hence, service of notice is dispensed with.

5. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and also taking into consideration that there is no objections from the learned counsels https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No. 1 of 2

gba the 6th respondent's notice has been dispensed with, this Application is ordered as prayed for.

6. The time limit for completing the Arbitration Proceedings is extended for a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
