This application has been filed to grant leave to file additional documents (1) Corporation Bank Pass Book in the name of the defendant BABULAL and (ii) Bank statement from 01.04.2009 to 31.12.2018 for the account SURBI SILKS MILLS as plaintiffs side exhibit Nos.A5 and A6.

2. Mr.Vikram U. Jain, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present application subject to proof and relevancy of the documents.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the same is ordered as prayed for subject to proof and relevancy of the documents.
