By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Though the instant writ petition has been filed to challenge the impugned Suspension Order dated 12.06.2025 in Na.Ka.No.A1/11521/2025 passed by the 2nd respondent, when the matter was taken up for the hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit 2/6

that they would dispose the Disciplinary Proceedings, within a period of three months and would further submit that if any representation is received from the petitioner for the review of the suspension, the same would also be considered in accordance with law.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation to the 2nd respondent on 18.06.2025 seeking reconsideration of the impugned suspension order.

5. In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2025 for revocation of suspension and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. and further, the 2nd respondent is directed to conclude the Disciplinary Proceedings on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 3/6
