ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any available suitable post on Compassionate Grounds in the service of the respondent corporation in view of the petitioner's 1/4

representation dated 15.06.2023.

2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that the petitioner's father died in the year 1994 and immediately her mother given an application for compassionate appointment. Thereafter, the terminal benefits were settled only in the year 2003 and the petitioner had attained majority and made further representation seeking compassionate appointment. However, the same is not considered. In this regard, she has given a fresh representation dated 15.06.2023, which has also not been considered. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. It is also brought to the notice of this Court the communication issued by the respondent in f/vz;/10420-nk/bgh-jp/kiy-ep/gp/3-cjtp?2-nfh/5(94)-97 dated 30.12.1996 seeking for certain documents from the mother of the petitioner for the compassionate appointment.

4. Considering the above, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2023 seeking compassionate appointment and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

Order.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
