ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the 5th respondent herein to conduct enquiry as per the Notification in O.M.No.(A2)/713/2024 dated 26.02.2024 dated 26.02.2024 of the 3rd respondent addressed to the 5th respondent with regard to the 5th respondent from proceeding with the illegal construction of sewerage drainage canal and a sewerage storage tank in Survey Nos.232/5 and 238/3 near to the school, situated in Goonimedu Village, Marakkanam Taluk, Villupuram District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the 5th respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 01.02.2024

submitted by the petitioner and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
