This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the first respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's petition dated 19.02.2024 filed before the first respondent herein under Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.
2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition dated 19.02.2024 made by the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third to sixth respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No 2/4
costs.
