ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once a month, viz., on first Monday, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.7685 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.5507 of 2025, dated 21.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for the past nine months and the case is now pending for trial. He further submitted that the petitioner's passport has already been surrendered.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7685 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.5507 of 2025, dated 21.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
