When these matters were taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Principal Secretary to Government, Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Fisheries and Fishermen Welfare Department, Secretariat, Chennai has sent a letter to the Law Officer on 05.12.2024 vide Letter No.4052/FS6-1/2024-5 stating that the Government have decided to withdraw the orders issued in G.O.(Ms)No.52, Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Fisheries and Fishermen Welfare (FS6) Department, dated 08.07.2024 and the file is in circulation and separate guidelines will be issued. The same is hereby recorded.
