ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Contempt Petition has been instituted to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 22.01.2024 in W.P.No. 1269 of 2024.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that no obstructions are identified in the pathway. However, there is an interse dispute between the petitioner and the contesting party, which is

pending before the Civil Court, and an order of status quo granted by the Civil Court is also in force.

3. Thus, granting liberty to the petitioner to redress his grievances before the Civil court of law, the present contempt petition is closed. No costs. (S.M.S.,J.)
