Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to dispose of the representation dated 08.06.2020 and online application dated 23.08.2021. ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2020 and online application dated 23.08.2021.

2. Without going into the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2020 and online application dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

23.08.2021 to survey and sub divide his property in survey Nos.72/2, 72/3 & 73 to an extent of 10 acres and 16 cents situated at Kadamadai Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and after giving them opportunity of hearing, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
