By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner claims to have purchased the landed property admeasuring to an extent of 2400 sq.ft., in Plot Nos.68 & 87, comprised in Survey No.30, situate at N0.68[2], KPS Nagar, second street, Ayyapakkam, Thiruverkadu, Thiruvallur District, through a registered Sale Deed bearing Document No.1352/2001 dated 28.03.2001 registered on the file of the office of the Sub Registrar, Kundrathur. The petitioner further claim that he is also paying statutory levies in respect of the said property and got electricity service connection. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that in spite of the fact that he has given very many oral representations followed by a written representation dated 06.03.2016 for issuance of patta, no orders have been passed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the 2nd respondent and hence, the petitioner has come forward to file the present writ petition.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.S.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the person/s concerned and pass orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the person/s concerned.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
