ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned Counsel for the petitioners / appellants would submit that the condition stipulated in the interim order of this Court dated 24.01.2025 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioners / appellants deposited a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- to the credit of the suit in OS.No.689 of 2021 on the file of the IV Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. 2.

The learned IV Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai is directed to deposit the said amount of Rs.25,00,000/- in any one of the nationalized bank in interest bearing deposit scheme and renew periodically till the disposal of the appeal suit.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.

Post the appeal suit for final hearing after three weeks.
