This petition is filed to condone the delay of 146 days in filing in the above said appeal.

2.Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the second respondent.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Though notice has been served on the first respondent, none has entered appearance.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 146 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
