This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13231 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023 to stay at Puducherry and report before the Inspector of Police, Grand Bazaar Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13231 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
