ORDER

The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.136 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai. The above HMOP has been filed by the husband seeking divorce on the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent husband has no objection to the transfer being ordered, accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.136 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
