ORDER

It is submitted that the issue relates to protection of pay for staff in a private aided school and the same has already been referred to a Larger Bench for an authoritative pronouncement in W.P.No.29932 of 2023 and W.A.No.1513 of 2024 vide order dated 02.07.2024, and hence this matter also be tagged along with the said batch cases to be heard by the Larger Bench.

2. Recording the above submission, post these Writ Petitions along with W.A.No.1513 of 2024, W.P.No.29932 of 2023 etc., batch for hearing by the larger Bench after obtaining appropriate orders from the Hon'ble Chief Justice. 25-03-2026 ANU
