This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.10.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this Court, by an order dated 24.11.2021, taking into consideration the allegations in the complaint dated 02.10.2020, had directed the respondents to conduct an enquiry. During the enquiry, the parties appeared and it was found that there was a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispute between the petitioner and one R.Sekar, S/o.Rajagopalan with regard to sale of a property. The said Sekar had delayed registration after paying the advance and there was a dispute between the parties and thereby the petitioner had filed the complaint. Subsequently, the matter was enquired and the said R.Sekar had taken back the advance and the sale deed had been cancelled. Pursuant to the compromise, the complaint was also closed.
