2. When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that, in due compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6339 of 2022 dated 21.03.2022, respondents have completed investigation and filed the charge sheet before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur, however, it is yet to be numbered.
