This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.7 (b) that petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14080 of 2023, dated 23.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
