The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging 1/14

non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.19771 of 2008 dated 29.06.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that as against the order passed in W.P.No.19771 of 2008, W.A.No.475 of 2023 was filed and the Division Bench of this Court on 09.03.2023 disposed of the W.A.No.475 of 2023 by setting aside the direction issued by the learned single Judge in para No.19 of the order dated 29.06.2021 with a direction to the appellant to "confer all attendant and monetary benefits to the respondent from the date on which, her immediate junior was promoted to the post". However, liberty was given to the respondent to approach the appellate authority for any other claim..
