ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Section 380 of IPC in Cr.No.588 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that accused/A-1 had stolen an amount of Rs.18,00,000/- and three gold bars from the cash box of the defacto complainant's shop and the petitioners are alleged to have involved in the said theft. Hence, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint against the petitioners.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioners were involved in the said theft. He further submitted that the investigation is not yet completed and the petitioners are absconding. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the fact that the investigation is not yet completed and since the petitioners are absconding, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
