This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to release the pending documents No.P.243 and 244 of 2022 in the Sea Breeze Avenues Layout in S.No.458/3A and 461/2B Kadalur Village Cheyyur Taluk.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that the document has been registered by the first respondent on 03.04.2024 and the document has also been returned to the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
