This Petition has been filed seeking leave to file the above Civil Revision Petition.SR.No.102389 of 2026 against the judgement and decree dated 27.04.2021 in OS.No.105 of 2015 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Kancheepuram District, Chengalpattu.

2. The petitioner herein is the daughter born through the first wife of the first defendant. The first respondent/plaintiff filed suit in OS.No.105 of 2015 seeking partition of the suit property. In the said suit, the 1st defendant had raised objections stating that he had one son and two daughters through his first wife but there were not impleaded as parties. Insptite of the same, the Court passed the decree aggrieved against, and hence the present revision is filed by the daughter of the first wife.

3. Perused the records and the written statement filed by the 1st defendant before the trial Court, wherein he had stated that he had one son and two daughters through his 1st wife, but they were not added as parties to the suit, through the properties are claimed to be joint family properties. which are claimed as joint family property.

3. Therefore, leave is granted.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
