This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the bail conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.18270 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1302 of 2023 dated 23.07.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in judicial custody from the date of arrest and therefore, she could not pay the fine amount imposed by the trial Court and execute the bail bond within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police.
