O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present Review Application has been instituted, seeking review of the order dated 21.07.2022 passed in W.P.No.18594 of 2022.
2. This Court, after considering the factual matrix involved in the case, relegated petitioner / Review Applicant to approach Civil Court to establish his civil right. The ground raised in the present Review Application would show that an attempt has been made to re-adjudicate the merits of the matter. The scope of Review Application cannot be expanded for the purpose of adjudication of grounds on merits. Order 47 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 cannot be expanded for considering the grounds for appeal and review application has to be confined only to the extent of ascertaining the error apparent on record if any traceable. Thus, Review Applicant has not established any error apparent warranting interference by this Court, by exercise of powers of review jurisdiction.
Consequently, the present Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
