Respondent PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to grant annual increment to the petitioners that falls on the next day of their respective date of retirement by extending the benefit granted under G.O.Ms.No.311 Finance (CMPC) Department dated 31.12.2014 and to accordingly revise their pension and pensionary benefits.
