..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus to direct the 4th respondent herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 30.04.2016 submitted with request to give patta to the petitioner land in S.No.105, New S.No.105/4, 105/5 and 102/2 totally acre 0.28-1/8 cents situated at Cheyyur Taluk, Chithamur village and pass orders within a reasonable time to be framed by this Court.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner claims that she has purchased a landed property admeasuring to an extent of 0.28-1/8 cents in old S.No.105, new S.Nos.105/4&5 and 102/2, situate at Chithamur Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, through a registered Sale Deed bearing Document No.2970/2006 dated 06.10.2006, registered on the file of the Sub Registrar, Cheyyur and she also submitted an application for transfer of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

patta. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that she was issued with patta transfer only in respect of 27 cents and for the balance 1-1/8 cents, she has not been issued with patta and in this regard, the petitioner submitted a personal representation dated 30.04.2016 to the respondents and since no response is forth coming, she came forward to file the present writ petition.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the 4th respondent along with a copy of this order with necessary fees, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 4th respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the said representation / application on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the person/s concerned and pass orders within a further period of twelve weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the person/s concerned.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
