(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 02.11.2020, under which, in Crl.M.P.No.6367 of 2020, the substantive sentence imposed against the petitioner has been suspended on condition that the petitioner shall report before the Town Police Station of Erode everyday at 10.30 a.m.

2. According to the petitioner since 11.11.2020 the petitioner has been complying with the orders of this Court.

3. However, Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions would submit that, majority days the petitioner has been complying with the orders of this Court, but some days he had been absented hence, it shall also to be noticed. 1/3

4. Be that as it may. Since the condition has been imposed three years back, therefore all these years, since the petitioner has been complied with the condition imposed by this Court in majority days, we feel that the said condition can be relaxed.

5. In the result, the following orders are passed in this petition:  That the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 02.11.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.6367 of 2020 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the Saravanampatty Police Station, Coimbatore City once in a week until further orders.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
