O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the unauthorised construction, put up by the 3rd and 4th respondents herein, in the Old Survey No.7/3660 and the New Survey No.7/816/2 at No.61, Subramaniyam Road, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore - 641 002.

2.Mr.K.Magesh, learned counsel for the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation would submit that appropriate action under Section 274(i) and 284 of the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act has been launched against the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 and 4. Copies of the said notices have also been produced.

3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to pursue action taken to its logical conclusion. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
