The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents either in jointly or severally to consider the representation dated 08.02.2022 made by the petitioner for correction to include the name of Dinesh in the legal heir certificate dated 10.07.2015 in accordance with law.
2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2022 after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No 2/4
costs.
