The petitioner herein was summoned for enquiry on the complaint given by one Mathiyalagan alleging that the petitioner had received about Rs.8,00,000/- promising that he will arrange reinstatement in the job in Indian Overseas Bank from where he was terminated for misconduct. After receiving the money, it is alleged that the petitioner has not repaid it or arranged for reinstatement.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the money received from the defacto complainant been repaid to Bank and he has every material to establish that money repaid.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has not cooperated with the enquiry and he has not attended the enquiry on summons. If he appears before the Investigating Officer and produce all the documents, based on the documents enquiry will be conducted and petition pending enquiry in C.No.82/8323/0158/2024 dated 08.07.2024 on the file of the S.P Office, Tirupathur will be disposed of based on the material and gathered in the course of enquiry.

of directing the petitioner herein to appear before the Investigating Officer for enquiry and submit the documents available with him to prove the repayment of money received from the complainant Mathiyalagan. 23.08.2024 Vv To
