This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 133 days in filing the appeal in AS.SR.No.100927 of 2024 against the Judgment and Decree dated 19.12.2023 in O.S.No.34 of 2008 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai.

In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned, despite the fact that the learned Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 raised an objection.
