This criminal original is filed to call for the entire records in relating to the FIR in Cr.No.127 of 2024 dated 05.04.2024 pending on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same so far as Petitioner/Accused is concerned.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed, the final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No. 566 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tambaram. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
