Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent relating to letter R.No.63172/H3/2004 dated 3/10/2006 (Circular No.46 of 2006) directing the Authorities to collect tax at the rate of Rs.500/- per seat per quarter in respect of premier sigma motor cab permit and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 to collect only Rs.6500/- for five years towards motor vehicles tax for vehicle No.TN-69/U-5998 of the petitioner.
