The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to open the union name board and hoist union flag, entrance of the company on 02.10.2013 at 11.00 a.m or any other subsequent dates, in entrance of M/s Aravind ceramics Industries Limited, Thirumukkudal salai, Rettamangalam village, Uthiramerur Taluk, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kancheepuram District.

2.When the relief sought for is to provide protection on a particular date on 02.10.2013 at 11.00.a.m, this Court is of the view that no further adjudication on merits needs to be undertaken, after a lapse of about four years from the relevant date as mentioned in the prayer.

3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no orders as to costs.
