PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to cancel the patta issued in the name of the 5th and 6th respondents relating to property comprised in Survey No.184/2 and 184/3, situated at Kadathoor Village, Pappireddypatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District and to restore the same in name of Rajammal, being the original owner and grandmother of petitioner and as well the 5th and 6th respondents by considering petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2025. ORDER
Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
