This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondent to register the pending Document No.8 of 2022.

2. By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Learned counsel appearing for petitioners would submit that the sale deed dated 24.03.2022 was presented for registration, however the same is kept pending and no orders has been passed either registering / releasing the document or refusing the registration. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Government Advocate for the respondent would submit that the pending document, viz., subject sale deed would be registered, if it is otherwise in order. If for any reason, registration is refused, a check slip would be issued after assigning reason, which was agreed to by learned counsel for petitioners.

5. In view thereof, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent to register the document / sale deed within a period

of two weeks from the date of uploading of the web copy without waiting for the receipt of certified copy, if it is otherwise in order. If for any reason, the registering authority refuses to register the sale deed, the same would be done by issuing a refusal slip assigning reason.
