..Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st Respondent to supply the prospectus and application form for admission to the 1st year MBBS course for the academic year 2016-17 at the Perundurai Medical College of Road Transport and consequently to permit the Petitioner to submit the filled up application form to the 1st Respondent to be processed further in accordance with law for consideration of admission under the Category reserved for the children of Employees of the Transport Corporation of Tamil Nadu.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st Respondent to supply the prospectus and application form for admission to the 1st year MBBS course for the academic year 2016-17 at the Perundurai Medical https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

College of Road Transport and consequently to permit the Petitioner to submit the filled up application form to the 1st Respondent to be processed further in accordance with law for consideration of admission under the Category reserved for the children of Employees of the Transport Corporation of Tamil Nadu.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. As per the directions of this court, the learned counsel for the Respondents 2 and 3 has produced the results in a sealed cover to this court. As per the results, the Petitioner is in the rank of 33(General Rank) and 23 (community rank) and the total number of seats is 21 as per the community wise break up details. Even if the Petitioner is permitted to appear for counselling, he would not be selected as he is not qualified. In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
