Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the 4th respondent in Ref:DO/OPS/MAA/DISC/2684 dated 30.09.2021 terminating the petitioner from service and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with back wages.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Mr.R.S.Madireddy and anr.etc., vs. Union of India and ors. Etc., reported in 2024 INSC 425 , the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the 2/5

appropriate forum for appropriate remedy. He also made an endorsement to that effect.
