CRIME NO.25/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition on the petitioners on 03/08/2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.7409 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.2694 of 2021 dated 17/06/2021 in District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram in Crime No. 25 of 2020 viz., the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly ie. on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 A.M., and thereafter the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 A.M. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAGAVENDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7409 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.2694 of 2021 on 03.08.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
