The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 08.01.2024 seeking removal of 3rd respondent's name and inclusion of petitioner's name in patta for 1.96 acres of land comprised in S.No.33/2B situated in Komaranapalli Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. According to the petitioner, the above mentioned property is his ancestral property and the same has been in possession and enjoyment of his family members with Old Patta No.65. During UDR Survey, the patta for the subject property was wrongly issued in the name of 3rd respondent and after acquiring knowledge about the same, the petitioner presented a representation dated 08.01.2024 to the 1st respondent seeking deletion of 3rd respondent's name and inclusion of his name in the patta. The said representation has not been considered and hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 08.01.2024 will be considered on its own merits within the 2/4

time limit fixed by this Court.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.01.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after issuing necessary notice to the 3rd respondent and after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as 3rd respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
