Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents - 3 4 and 5 to revise and enhance the rates of D.A. Payable to him at the same rates of D.R . / D.A. being revised enhanced and paid by the central Government to its retired employees in the pre- revised pay scales fixed as per the 6th central pay commissioner recommendations from time to time i.e. at 139 percent from 01.07.2017 to 31.12.2017 at 142 percent from 01.01.2018 to 30.06.2018 at 148 percent from 01.07.2018 to 31.12.2018 at 154 percent from 01.01.2019 to 30.06.2019 at 164 percent from 01.07.2019 to 31.12.2019 at 189 percent from 01.01.2020 to till date deduct the D.A.already paid to him at lesser rate of 136% during the said period and pay the balance D.A. to the petitioner as arrears.
