on the file of the third respondent, the Deputy Director, Teacher Recruitment Board, which culminated in proceedings in R.C.No.8143/F3/2022, dated 12.06.2023 and quash the same as null and void and direct all the respondents to discharge their respective duties to rectify the inadvertent mistake in the matter of date of birth of the petitioner by correcting petitioner's date of birth as 26.10.1995 instead of 26.10.1985 in the Hall Ticket, TET Certificate and all other certificates to be issued by TRB in future, within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings of the third respondent dated 12.06.2023 as null and void and direct all the respondents to discharge their respective duties to rectify the inadvertent mistake in the matter of date of birth of the petitioner by correcting petitioner's date of birth as 26.10.1995 instead of 2/5
26.10.1985 in the Hall Ticket, TET Certificate and all other certificates to be issued by TRB in future, within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter came up before this Court on 09.08.2023, this Court directed the respondents to set right the date of birth of the petitioner and report before this Court on 14.08.2023. Today, the second respondent has sent a communication that the petitioner will be called on 15.09.2023 to appear in person along with all the original certificates for verification and the documents produced before this Court and after verifying the documents, the Board may carry out necessary correction in the date of birth and Orders will be issued to the petitioner.
3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondents on 15.09.2023 with all the relevant documents and on verification of the same the respondent shall rectify the mistake in the date of birth in the Hall Ticker, TET certificate and all other certificates to be issued by TRB in future. Such an exercise shall be 3/5
made by issuing fresh certificates to the petitioner within a period of a two weeks thereafter.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
