This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection for fencing the petitioner's lands measuring 5 acres bearing S.F.No.764 (R.S.No.22) Ettiveeranpalayam Village, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District by considering his petitions dated 01.11.2016 and 02.11.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's vendor Shanmugasubramaniam and his two sons are disturbing the petitioner, even after having sold the property on 20.06.2013. In this connection, the petitioner has given a complaint, based on which, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.139 of 2016.

4. Under such circumstances, the first respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.139 of 2016, if not already closed, by calling both parties and take action in accordance with law.
