Kalaimathi, J) The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed by the appellant/husband against the fair and decreetal order dated 04.10.2021 made in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in O.P.No.3032 of 2018 on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the relief sought for in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
